The waiting times depend on the problem. If there is a suspicion of malignant disease, we offer a quick appointment. Similarly, early pregnancy tests and medical abortion can usually be offered within 48 hours. In other cases, there will be longer waiting times at times.

Please contact the clinic as early as possible, as we always have many people on the waiting list. It is possible to leave a message on the answering machine 24 hours a day.
No-shows without cancellation cost DKK 250.

We always offer answers to tests via email, but if you want to get the answer by phone, you can call daily between 08.30 - 09.00.

NB Hormonal IUD
For hormonal IUDs purchased at the pharmacy, the following applies from December 2013: Due to new regulations from the Danish Health Authority, a replacement IUD will no longer be provided by the manufacturer if the insertion at the gynecologist failed/cannot be completed. Any new hormonal IUD will therefore be paid for by the patient themselves.
