For hormonal IUDs purchased at the pharmacy, the following applies from December 2013: Due to new regulations from the Danish Health Authority, a replacement IUD will no longer be provided by the manufacturer if the insertion at the gynecologist failed/cannot be completed. Any new hormonal IUD will therefore be paid for by the patient themselves.

Privacy Policy
Patients do not need a referral. The patient pays for the treatment themselves. The price is 800,-
Group 2
Patients are admitted after a referral from their doctor. The referral must be available electronically before we can book the patient in the system.
Group 1
Gynecological examination and ultrasound scan cost 1500 DKK if you come to the clinic as a self-payer/without a referral.

Foreign patients
Will need to pay for the examination and treatment, unless you have a Danish social security number. Cash or bank transfers are optional.
